Bruce Pelz

Bruce Pelz has been the Global Director of Operations at McDonald Pelz for over five years. In addition, he manages a mushroom farm and serves as a director of Maji Safi Group, where he has developed an innovative Community Health Educator model to prevent disease in underserved areas of Tanzania. Fluent in both English and Swahili, he has built strong connections across diverse communities. He holds a BA in Environmental Studies, graduating Cum Laude from CU Boulder, and remains actively engaged in leadership and sustainable development efforts across his various roles.
