Guilherme Britzki

Guilherme Britzki is the Head Broker and Business Lead at McDonald Pelz, with over 20 years of experience in the global grain market, specializing in soybean and corn trading across Latin America. Prior to joining McDonald Pelz in 2020, he spent nearly 12 years at CHS South America, where he held key leadership roles including Trading and Supply Chain Manager, overseeing FOB markets and managing P&L across regional trading desks. His earlier roles include brokerage and economic research positions, giving him a well-rounded foundation in both market analysis and international commodities trade. Guilherme holds an MBA in Agribusiness from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Economics from FAAP.
